Processing Time
All Luna Fira pieces are carefully packaged by hand. Orders are typically processed within 2-3
business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
United States:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 5-7 business days — $5.95
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days — $9.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Canada:
- USPS First Class International: 10-15 business days — $14.95
International:
- Please contact us for international shipping options outside of Canada.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped with care in protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Gift
wrapping is available upon request at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48
hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected
delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives
damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it
